How do I go back and see the drinks I have been sent?
Past sent and received drinks are stored in the app’s history log and can be accessed at any time. To go to the history log, simply access the main menu side bar on the left hand side of the screen and click the “History” tab. You will then see a list of past transactions with the name of the sender or recipient, the message they sent you and the drink and dollar amount that was sent.
In addition to the history log, users can also see drinks that have been sent to them by accessing their fridge. However, the sender, date of transaction and value of the drink cannot be accessed from this screen.
How do I cash out my drinks for money?
Any drink that has been sent to you will automatically appear in your fridge, even if you recently downloaded the app. To cash out your fridge, click the “empty fridge” button which is located just below the fridge. The app will bring you to the checkout screen where you can see the combined value of all the drinks you have received. Click forward to transfer the funds directly to your bank account. Please note that if you are a first time user you will need to enter your bank account information on the next screen. All payments are 100% secure and processed by Stripe.
Why do you ask for my phone number?
We require users to verify their phone number in order to send and receive gifts. We also require a phone number for dual authentication security procedures.
How are the payments secured/What is Stripe?
All transactions are managed and secured through third party Stripe. Stripe is a globally trusted multi-billion dollar payment processing company.
